I received an inaccurate and very low appraisal from this company. The comparable properties he used to determine value of my home were on a busy street with home values much lower than my private community - yet he valued my home lower than theirs. Plus my lot and home size were much larger. He stated inaccurate information regarding my home's location and amenities. As a result he de-valued my homes worth after charging me more money than I have ever paid for an appraisal. It resulted in us Not getting our home equity loan.
