Go literally anywhere else for appraisals. I was charged $700 for them to appraise my new-build home. It took them a week to get me the report (Sept. 17) When I looked at the report, they had the wrong acreage! It is now Sept 29th and my realtor, the seller's realtor, and my lender can't get in touch with the "appraiser". Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Go somewhere else.
